1 - Schedule The Repair:

 Contact us first to get on the schedule.  Everything goes on the calendar so that when your flute arrives we've already set aside time to do the work.  We prefer phone calls, but you can also email.  Tell us what the problem is from your perspective and we’ll ask you our standard set of questions.  With a rough idea of what you want and what repair problems we might find, we can agree on the amount of time and the dates that you’ll have to be without your flute.
